Martin qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1993, and joined Harris Lipman in 1994. He subsequently specialised in taxation for two years, and qualified as a Chartered Tax Adviser in 1996.

Keen to develop a career encompassing all aspects of the firm's work, he then moved into the world of Insolvency and Business Recovery, and qualified as a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner in March 2000.

Martin became a Partner in April 2000, and remains a General Practitioner in all senses of the word. His comprehensive knowledge and experience enables him to advise on all aspects of accounting, taxation and business recovery issues faced by small and medium-sized enterprises.

Outside of the office he enjoys the theatre & opera, fine dining, travel and skiing. He is also a passionate gardener and has featured on a National Television Programme.

Martin is licensed to act as an Insolvency Practitioner in the UK by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
