A recommendation from their bank manager led the owners of Kellis Group to choose Harris Lipman to help with a business plan and budget when the company was created. The relationship led to Harris Lipman becoming the company's accountants for the next three years and handling a large scale management buyout in 2005.
Matt Ellis and Dean Kelly set up Kellis Group Ltd in 2002. The company provides teaching solutions for the teaching industry and runs recruitment schemes for entire local authorities who wish to outsource their recruitment processes. With a team of over 40, the company has offices in the UK, Australia and South Africa.
Harris Lipman provided Kellis Group with management accounts, audit services, tax advice and an emergency payroll service, until the company was purchased through a management buyout in 2005, which Harris Lipman also handled.

Since the company was taken over by new owners, Harris Lipman have continued to handle Dean and Matt's personal accounting needs.
